Job summary

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking an EL2 Solution Architect (Labour Hire) to deliver complex enterprise architecture across the CDoF domain. You will produce architecture artefacts, designs and provide technical leadership to development teams and stakeholders.

Key duties include leading solution design, governance engagement and ensuring solutions align with agency goals while managing sensitive projects and external relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Architecture experience with broad technical knowledge and leading complex enterprise design.
• Demonstrable experience developing and deploying enterprise-scale analytical solutions (SAS).
• Experience leading architectural design for Enterprise CRM and/or large-scale integration projects; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, communication and stakeholder management skills; translate business capability into technical requirements.
• Experience balancing fast-paced project goals with strategic and tactical drivers.
• Proven ability to contribute effectively within a team across mixed business and technical audiences.

• Create and maintain architecture artefacts and detailed designs.
• Engage with business to understand objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment across domains.

• Represent the solution in governance councils and processes.
• Leverage SMEs and architects to maximize knowledge across the agency.
