Job summary

Monks is seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Specialist to join our APAC data team. You will lead enterprise analytics initiatives, collaborate with marketing and tech stakeholders, and help clients develop data strategies and complex measurement projects.

You will work with Google Data Products, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Amplitude to implement data collection and drive value through reporting and insights, while growing your career within a global digital marketing partner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with enterprise analytics platforms and data strategies.
• Strong client relationship management and consulting skills.
• Experience leading analytics and data projects for large brands.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of CRM/CDP landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tagging and analytics frameworks for clients.
• Develop analytics strategies to lift business performance.
• Act as a thought leader and mentor within the team.
• Manage enterprise client relationships and delivery.
• Assist in data strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
• Onboard and audit digital properties and data reporting.
• Manage Data Reporting Platforms (Analytics) and BigQuery.
• Conceptualise and build POC-level AI tools.
