Job summary

SAP is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to lead transformation programmes under the RISE with SAP initiative in a hybrid, Brisbane-based role. You will partner with CxO-level stakeholders to drive cloud adoption, architecture decisions, and lasting business value within SAP's Customer Services & Delivery organisation.

You will guide enterprise-wide architecture across business, data, application and technology domains, leveraging LeanIX, Signavio and Cloud ALM, and drive Clean Core

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture across business, application, data and technology domains.
• Hands-on knowledge of RISE with SAP, Clean Core principles, and the SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP BTP and S/4HANA across development, automation, analytics, integration and AI.
• Proven ability to engage at CxO level, aligning architecture decisions with business goals and value outcomes.
• A practical approach to AI, using AI-assisted tools and automation to improve effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture programmes across business, application, data, and technology domains, aligned to customer goals.
• Guide customers through their cloud journey with RISE with SAP from enterprise archetypes to digital scaling and Clean Core adoption.
• Act as transformation partner to the CIO and CxO, defining success plans, value drivers, and KPIs.
• Accelerate SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, and Clean Core adoption, identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks.
• Orchestrate stakeholders across the customer organisation to align business goals and enhance value realisation.
• Collaborate with account teams to grow SAP adoption and align customers and partners with SAP's cloud strategy.
