Job summary

BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead and mature its EA practice across Australia. You will shape roadmaps, standards, and governance for applications, data, integration, cloud and cyber security to support long-term business outcomes.

Reporting to the General Manager, IT Strategy & Architecture, you will lead a small team of architects and collaborate with executives and delivery teams to drive transformation and the sensible adoption of emerging technologies,

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in EA within complex environments.
• Experience across applications, cloud, data, integration and cyber security.
• Ability to develop roadmaps, standards and governance frameworks.
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation and technology investments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive influence.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature BaptistCare's Enterprise Architecture practice.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, principles and roadmaps.
• Provide governance, design assurance and strategic technology guidance.
• Align business strategy with technology investment and delivery.
• Drive architecture-led simplification, rationalisation and innovation.
• Support major transformation, integration and change programs.
• Assess emerging technologies and promote responsible AI/automation adoption.
• Lead and mentor the Enterprise Architecture team.
• Build trusted relationships across business and technology stakeholders.
