Job summary

Kelsian Group Limited is seeking an experienced Application Support Manager to lead our Application Support function, overseeing operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our global enterprise environment. You will manage a team of Application Support Analysts and work with Business Process Owners, technology teams and external vendors to deliver reliable services.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Applications, you will own the operational service delivery, drive major incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science required.
• ITIL v4 Foundation or equivalent IT Service Management certification desirable.
• Minimum five years' experience in IT operations, application support or service delivery.
• Strong leadership and people management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Application Support team.
• Oversee incidents, service requests, problems and major production issues.
• Coordinate major incidents and post‑incident reviews.
• Lead Application Triage, CAB processes and production release readiness.
• Manage operational transitions for new applications and projects.
• Ensure governance, documentation and vendor support models are in place.
