Job summary

Fusion5 seeks a Copilot Studio engineer to design and deploy enterprise AI agents across clients. You will connect agents to Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and ERP systems, using Power Automate and custom connectors to build the automation layer underneath.

You will work directly with clients from discovery to go-live, prototyping quickly to validate approaches and iterating based on real user feedback. You will demonstrate value to business stakeholders and explain capabilities clearly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with Microsoft Power Platform in a development or solutions capacity, and Copilot Studio in toolkit.
• Built Power Automate flows and Dataverse solutions that run in production.
• Comfortable with the full M365 surface: Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Graph; translate needs into buildable solutions.
• Able to translate business needs for technical delivery and demo prototypes to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Copilot Studio agents for enterprise clients with real knowledge sources, tool calls, and integrations.
• Connect agents to Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and ERPs using Power Automate flows and custom connectors.
• Prototype quickly, validate with business stakeholders, and iterate based on real user feedback.
• Demo working prototypes to non-technical audiences, explaining capabilities and constraints clearly.
• Contribute to reusable agent templates, governance standards, and faster engagements for future projects.
