Job Description

In this role, you will drive new business revenue through a SaaS license model by strategically managing accounts, researching prospects, and executing field-based sales activities within a key Federal Government Customer.

Your key responsibilities will include :

Building and nurturing relationships with C-suite executives (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product lines.

Managing client relationships and collaborating with a broad virtual team—including Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success Resources, Partners, and Marketing—to develop and implement effective account strategies.

Acting as a trusted advisor, leveraging a deep understanding of your customers' businesses to guide them on how ServiceNow can enhance their IT roadmap.

Identifying and involving the appropriate specialists or support resources at crucial stages of the sales process.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have :

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

10+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization

Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams

Experience producing new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships

Experience achieving sales targets and goals

The ability to understand the "bigger picture" and our plans around IT

Experience promoting a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment
