Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking aSenior Engineering Manager to translate architectural intent into shipping software. You will lead a 5–10 engineers team, own day-to-day engineering execution, and ensure quality across code reviews, testing and reliability in a cloud-native environment.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with PMs and architects, and drive delivery discipline while upholding DXC's standards for security and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years leading engineering teams in production environments.
• Strong track record turning architectural direction into delivery of production software.
• Deep knowledge of microservices, cloud-native patterns and API-first development.
• Production experience with AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure, multi-tenant SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate architecture into shipped, production-ready code and systems.
• Lead a team of 5–10 engineers with 1:1s, growth plans, and hiring.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and uphold technical standards.
• Partner with PM and architects on planning, delivery and technical direction.
• Drive platform reliability, observability and incident response.
