What You’ll Do?

• Work in teams with minimal oversight and direction to deliver innovative solutions on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform using core cloud data warehouse tools, distributed processing engines, event streaming platforms, and other modern data related technologies.
• Build the next generation of data platforms and work with some of the most forward-thinking organizations in data and analytics.
• Work under the direction of a Solution Architect to help design and implement components of our clients’ data platform solution.
• Participate in design sessions and be able to break down complex development tasks, and complete development items on time.

What will you bring?

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in data engineering
• Proficiency in SQL and Python as core programming languages
• Strong experience with cloud‑based data platforms (AWS preferred; Azure and GCP also valued)
• Experience with cloud data warehousing and lakehouse platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse Analytics
• Experience with data integration and ingestion tools such as AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Fivetran, or similar ELT/ETL tooling
• Experience with big data processing platforms such as Amazon EMR, Apache Spark, or Databricks
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT best practices, and data warehousing concepts including familiarity with open table formats such as Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/DataOps practices including version control tools like Git
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across cross‑functional teams
• A curious, client‑focused mindset with a passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and share insights with the team
• Experience working with NoSQL Databases such as Amazon DynamoDB, Azure Cosmos DB, or MongoDB
• Experience with Modern Data Workflows and orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, dbt, Dagster, or AWS Step Functions
• AI/ML Tools: Amazon SageMaker, Databricks ML/MLflow, Azure ML Studio (beneficial but not essential)
