You will partner with clients to set transformation visions, analyse current operations and design sustainable, customer-centered improvements across energy retail and networks. The role emphasizes collaboration with market experts and leadership-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy sector consulting or internal advisory.
• Track record in leading transformation programs.
• Broad transformation capabilities across operating model, data analytics and customer experience.
• Proven ability to work with project teams and provide actionable advice.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver business solutions for clients in energy retail or networks.
• Define transformation visions, outcomes and organizational problem statements.
• Analyse current systems, synthesize data and shape future recommendations.
