Job summary

Tally Group seeks a Senior Business Analyst with deep retail energy experience and specialist knowledge of off-market embedded networks in the Australian energy market. You will translate commercial and compliance requirements into practical business and system changes across onboarding, billing, metering and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Australian energy or utilities with embedded networks exposure.
• Experience with retail energy operations, including billing, metering, transfers and customer service.
• Ability to translate regulatory and operational requirements into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and validate business requirements across onboarding, billing, metering and customer service.
• Map current and future state processes across embedded network lifecycle.
• Configure tariffs and pricing; perform billing reconciliation.
• Analyze data to identify revenue leakage and improvements.
• Produce user stories, acceptance criteria and test cases.
• Support regulatory reporting and post-go-live validation.
• Act as SME on embedded network operations and off-market environments.
