ElitePEM in Wyong, NSW is seeking a Senior Electrician to oversee commercial and industrial projects from start to finish. You will mentor apprentices, perform fault finding, and ensure compliance while working across the Central Coast region.

You know how to run a job, solve problems and keep clients informed. This role gives you the opportunity to bring that experience to a growing team, take ownership of commercial and industrial jobs from start to finish, and mentor apprentices and newer electricians.

Based in Wyong, you’ll work mostly across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Hunter, on varied projects for councils, clubs, aged care, telco and critical infrastructure. We’re looking for someone ready to work independently, with strong fault-finding skills and pride in quality, compliant work.

$100,000-$130,000 per year. We’re moving to a 4-day working week, with a take-home company vehicle and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Your specialist experience is valued and will be reflected in your rate.

What The Role Involves
