Job summary

You will shape safety, compliance and asset performance through data-driven analysis, coaching a multi-disciplinary team, and partnering with operations and projects to deliver tangible outcomes.
Qualifications
- Electrical engineering degree required with eligibility for Engineers Australia.
- Experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proven leadership of engineering or technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Lead electrical engineering discipline including standards compliance.
- Coach a multi-disciplinary reliability team to deliver outcomes.
- Identify opportunities via data analysis and root cause investigations.
- Support capital projects using ABS principles and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and asset utilization.
