Job summary

Sunshine Sugar is seeking an Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (EIC) Engineer for its Harwood site on the NSW North Coast. You will lead the EIC team, delivering reliable electrical, instrumentation and control services across a diverse sugar manufacturing footprint.

The role requires reporting to the Engineering Manager, extensive experience in EI&C, and a strong focus on safety, compliance and cost-effective maintenance. Preference for sugar industry experience.

Qualifications

Proven people management and technical leadership in a continuous industrial process.
Extensive experience with Australian standards, acts, and regulations in EI&C.
Experience in safe systems of work, risk assessments and work isolation.
Plan, budget, monitor and report maintenance and capital projects.
Electrical design, modification and verification per AS 3000 in industry.

Responsibilities

Lead an EIC team delivering electrical, instrumentation and control assets across the site.
Ensure assets are utilized, maintained, safe, compliant and reliable.
Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation.
Coordinate breakdown restoration and capital projects with stakeholders.
