Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Nambour – Doolan Street is seeking a Senior Educator to lead a room and guide a team of passionate educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

You will mentor staff, support children's development, and work with the Centre Leadership Team to continuously improve practices. Earn pay rates up to $43 per hour plus Super, with above-award wages and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training.
• Passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of educators within your room.
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
