Job summary

Kinda-Mindi Early Learning Centres, Claymore service, is seeking experienced Certificate III or Diploma Educators for permanent and casual roles. You will contribute to curriculum planning, support health and safety, and help deliver a high-quality program across rooms.

Join a supportive team led by Educational Leaders. The role requires flexibility for rostering between 7.00am and 6.00pm and a commitment to inclusive practice and school readiness.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification in ECEC.
• 2+ years experience.
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
• National Child Safety Training (Courses 1-4) completed.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to individual child assessment documentation and curriculum planning.
• Ensure health and safety needs of all children are supported.
• Provide and maintain environments that foster curiosity and engagement.
• Demonstrate professional standards and foster respectful relationships.
• Engage in reflective practice and inclusion/equity considerations.
• Advocate for the rights of children and families.
• Adhere to service policies to ensure high quality practices.
