Job summary

KordaMentha is expanding its national eDiscovery practice from Sydney, offering senior professionals a pivotal leadership role. You will lead complex engagements, shape strategies, and work closely with Partners and senior industry experts to deliver high-stakes outcomes.

In this role you will mentor Managers and Analysts, build client relationships, and drive growth across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of eDiscovery experience in professional services, consulting or legal environments.
• Expert command of Relativity, Nuix Discover, Reveal or similar platforms, and of the full EDRM.
• Proven experience applying advanced analytics, TAR and AI-assisted review.
• A growing network of clients and legal contacts, and the drive to build it further.
• Demonstrated people leadership, including coaching and developing Managers.
• Strong communication skills, sound commercial judgement and a collaborative, can-do approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale eDiscovery engagements from start to finish, with accountability for scope, budget and deliverables.
• Design eDiscovery strategies and workflows tailored to each client's objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients, legal counsel and key stakeholders.
• Win new work and lead proposals, pitches and thought leadership with the Partner.
• Lead, mentor and develop Managers, Associates and Analysts.
• Oversee quality and risk so that all work is defensible and of the highest standard.
