Job summary

Canon Business Services in Australia is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architect to lead architecture, design and delivery of scalable, secure solutions that drive digital transformation. You will partner with customers, project teams and business stakeholders to define requirements, govern technical delivery, review code and mentor delivery teams across the engagement lifecycle.

Qualifications

7+ years' experience architecting and leading Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE implementations
Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate
Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights and Field Service
Strong understanding of .NET, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio and related development technologies
Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Azure AD and Azure services
Experience designing scalable enterprise solutions and leading technical delivery teams
Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting bids, proposals, solution estimations and customer presentations
Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical documentation skills
Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies
Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded
Experience with PCF, DevOps pipelines and PowerShell is advantageous

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
Provide technical oversight across full project lifecycle from discovery to go-live
Guide development teams through code reviews and design reviews
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define solution requirements and roadmaps
Support project delivery through technical documentation, governance and QA
Act as trusted technical advisor for customers and internal delivery teams
Contribute to presales activities including proposals, estimations, presentations and demos
Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
Share technical expertise and mentor team members across the practice
Attend customer workshops and onsite engagements as required
