Job summary

ACT Government's Office of Water in Canberra seeks a Senior Director, Programs and Data to lead major water programs and the management and analysis of water information to support evidence-based decisions.

Reporting to the Executive Group Manager, the Senior Director will oversee data services, monitoring and reporting, healthy waterways initiatives, water efficiency programs, and restoration projects while driving innovation and building partnerships with government and external stakeholders.

• Experience in program delivery and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major water programs and oversee management, analysis and application of water information.
• Provide strategic advice on water-related issues to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex projects and budgets, and monitor performance.
• Drive innovation in data analytics and strengthen partnerships across government and external stakeholders.
