Job summary

Aje in Sydney is seeking a Digital & Graphic Designer to lead graphic design across the business, elevating the brand aesthetic from concept to execution and aligning with the Creative Director and eCommerce teams.

You will shape ecommerce assets, digital marketing content, motion graphics, packaging and print collateral, delivering high-quality visuals for campaigns, lookbooks and in-store materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and video editing tools.
• Basic understanding of Figma is a plus.
• Experience in motion image design and social media content creation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain elevated online presence with innovative design for optimized UX across ajeworld.com.
• Translate concepts and campaigns into engaging ecommerce and digital marketing assets.
• Create motion content and social media assets for campaigns and homepage updates.
• Design marketing collateral for print, PR events, lookbooks, and wholesale materials.
• Produce packaging concepts and branding collateral for key events and initiatives.
• Oversee pre- and post-production, including retouching and final artwork.
