Job summary

KBR Adelaide is seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership and governance for digital delivery across defence, transport, buildings and water projects. You will mentor teams, develop standards and DEEPs, and drive information management and digital strategy across the business.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration, ensure alignment with client requirements and organisational standards, and push innovation and data‑driven delivery across projects in

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Information Management or related discipline.
• Significant experience delivering Digital Engineering, BIM or information management on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and information management principles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor practitioners and drive capability development.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and governance for Digital Engineering delivery across multidisciplinary projects.
• Develop and implement Digital Engineering standards, frameworks and DEEPs.
• Mentor Digital Engineering Coordinators and project teams for successful delivery.
• Lead information management frameworks and digital delivery strategies.
• Ensure delivery aligns with ISO 19650 and client requirements.
• Foster collaboration across Digital Engineering, IM, Systems Engineering and Digital Development teams.
