Job summary

CrowdStrike is hiring a Senior Engineer for the NG-SIEM Serverless Cell Platform to ensure health, performance, and reliability of a vast SIEM fleet. You will build automation, scale cells, and lead incident response with a follow-the-sun on-call model.

You will write Go microservices, upgrade clusters, and partner with product teams to troubleshoot production issues and improve efficiency at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in site reliability engineering, platform engineering, or infra operations.
• Experience with capacity planning and scaling for large-scale infra.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, Python, Java).
• Experience with cloud infra (AWS, OCI, GCP) and IaC tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and reliability of LogScale cells.
• Upgrade clusters and microservices with ring-based rollouts.
• Develop monitoring, SLIs/SLOs, and dashboards for rapid troubleshooting.
• Write Go microservices and automation to reduce toil and enable self-healing.
• Collaborate with product engineering and customer support on production issues.
• Mentor teammates and participate in knowledge-sharing.
