Job summary

Cognizant in Australia is seeking an experienced DevOps Support Engineer / Cloud Engineer with 8+ years of enterprise experience to join our global team. You will manage cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and API deployments across development and production environments.

You will work with Jenkins, Bamboo, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Shell, Kubernetes, Docker, and other modern tools to automate operations, improve reliability, and ensure ITIL-aligned incident management and high availability.

Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps platform support, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise deployments.
• Strong cloud knowledge across Azure, AWS, and IBM Cloud; production environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management in Agile settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise cloud and DevOps platforms across development and production environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Bamboo; automate deployments with Terraform/Ansible/Python/Shell.
• Monitor platform performance with Splunk; investigate incidents and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and business teams during sprint planning and platform enhancements to deliver reliable, secure solutions.
