ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join a high-performing Federal Government team delivering critical digital services and technology solutions. This role requires strong Java development expertise and the ability to provide technical leadership while contributing to design, development and support of scalable enterprise applications.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience building high-performance Spring Boot/J2EE apps on Linux.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, REST and SOAP Web Services.
- Experience with SOA, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, jQuery, Thymeleaf, Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with Maven and IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA.
- Experience with automated testing and unit testing (JUnit/TestNG).
- Strong Agile/Lean delivery experience.

- Initial 12 month contract
- Up to 2 x 12 month extension options
- Hybrid working arrangements
- Locations: ACT or NSW
- 40 hours per week

You are a highly capable Senior Developer with a strong track record of delivering enterprise software solutions. You can balance strategic thinking with hands-on development and are comfortable working in evolving environments.

- Java
- Spring Boot 3 / Spring 6
- REST and SOAP Web Services
- Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
- Thymeleaf and Bootstrap
- Maven
- IntelliJ IDEA or similar IDE
- GitHub or equivalent source control tools
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and practices.
- Strong knowledge of unit testing using JUnit, TestNG or similar tools.
- Experience working within Agile and Lean delivery environments.
- Australian Citizens only.
- Must hold a Baseline Security Clearance.
