Job summary

Service Stream is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join the GBIS team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Application Manager, you will design, develop and support critical enterprise applications and integrations that underpin business operations across Australia.

This role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring developers and shaping architecture across platforms including Boomi, SAP, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, EC Payroll and internally developed applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in software development within enterprise environments.
• Proven experience developing and supporting enterprise platforms such as Boomi, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong coding and scripting capabilities with experience in JavaScript, .NET, ABAP, JSON.
• Experience designing, developing and supporting integrations using Boomi, SAP CPI, APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of ESB and AWS technologies is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Git and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, enhancement and support of enterprise applications and integrations across the technology landscape.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor developers.
• Design, develop and maintain integrations, APIs and interfaces.
• Ensure secure, scalable and high-quality technology solutions.
• Oversee release management, testing and deployments.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors on change requests and enhancements.
