About the Role

As a Senior RPA Developer, you’ll support and enhance automation delivery, coach developers, and drive best practices within a collaborative team. Your work will optimise operations, uplift technical capability, and contribute to a purpose‑led transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the enhancement and maintenance of UiPath robots, increasing efficiency and optimising operational costs
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to support and maintain automation platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve RPA issues at the robot level, ensuring seamless business operations
• Implement new tools and frameworks to enable automation and continuous improvement
• Coach and mentor team members, uplifting technical knowledge and fostering a culture of learning
• Promote and define best practices for RPA across the domain, supporting innovation and quality outcomes

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in IT programming and automation, with strong skills in UiPath and RPA tools
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, and PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks
