One of our clients is expanding rapidly and is seeking a proactive Senior Desktop Support Analyst to support their growing team. Role Overview

You’ll be the go-to person for frontline IT support across the organisation, providing onsite and remote assistance, managing IT hardware/software, supporting construction sites, and improving the IT knowledge base through documentation and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver frontline IT support (onsite and remote).
  • Ensure workstations, devices, and meeting room AV are fully functional.
  • Manage support tickets and keep users updated.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
  • Create and maintain IT documentation.
  • Support training initiatives to uplift team capability.
  • Follow and contribute to IT processes and procedures.
What we are looking for
