You’ll mentor junior dentists, elevate clinical standards, and drive growth with modern digital tools, including CBCT, intraoral scanning, and 3D printing, while delivering high-quality dentistry.

Qualifications

• Experienced dentist with strong surgical and implant skills.
• AHPRA registration or eligibility is essential.
• Comfortable performing complex restorative work and anaesthetised cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Senior Dentist and Second-in-Command, owning complex cases.
• Mentor junior dentists and raise clinical standards.
• Grow the practice alongside the principal.
