Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a talented Contracts Manager to support Government, International, and Commercial contracts. You’ll oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and optimizing performance across government and commercial programs.

The ideal candidate combines deep contracting knowledge with strong negotiation skills and a passion for national security through technological innovation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant contract management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, government, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Australian Government contracting including ASDEFCON, CPRs, and/or DSPF.
• Experience with full life cycle contract management for various contract types.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Execute contract management throughout the life of each contract.
• Complete contract review and acceptance.
• Oversee and prepare contract proposal planning and management and support proposals.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Assist in development and implementation of new contract policies and processes.
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and compliance records.
• Provide contract briefs to program managers and executives.
• Provide guidance on ASDEFCON requirements and regulatory considerations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal/external customers.
• Provide contractual guidance and risk mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate complex contractual terms with government agencies and primes.
