Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks a Senior Developer to design and maintain robust data pipelines. You will extract, transform and validate client data using SQL/PLSQL, build data models and enable BI reporting with Tableau. The role emphasizes cloud/on‑prem data migrations, automation via Jenkins CI/CD, and agile collaboration.

Strong English communication is essential. Experience with AWS Redshift, Databricks, Oracle SQL, and scripting is required, with a focus on data quality and scalable warehousing

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience as a senior developer.
• Strong SQL development including stored procedures on Redshift/Oracle/Databricks.
• Understanding of AWS Redshift architecture and data distribution.
• Knowledge of data lake strategies and implementation.
• Unix shell and Perl scripting experience.
• Ability to automate deployment with Jenkins CI/CD.
• Maintaining code quality and standards in data warehousing.
• Experience migrating data across on-prem and cloud platforms.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau.
• Agile methodology experience and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, load and validate client data using SQL/PLSQL.
• Develop data pipelines and validate data quality end-to-end.
• Build data models in Data Warehousing and support BI reporting.
• Migrate data across On-Prem and Cloud DW platforms.
• Automate deployment processes using Jenkins CI/CD.
