Job summary

World Wide Technology seeks a Technical Solutions Architect (Data Engineer) to lead data platform conversations with enterprise clients. You will design scalable data foundations, leverage Snowflake and Databricks, and translate tech details into business outcomes for executives.

The role emphasizes pre-sales leadership, data governance, and AI-ready architectures across cloud environments. You will partner with account teams to shape services engagements and deliver tangible AI value.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience designing, building, and optimizing scalable data platforms.
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and modern Lakehouse architectures.
Pre-sales, consulting or technical advisory experience in enterprise tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales engagements with enterprise customers, including workshops and architecture reviews.
Translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes for executives.
Develop data strategy and AI-ready data architectures across the AI Studio, Foundry and Factory offerings.
Collaborate with partners like Databricks and Snowflake to validate approaches.
Guide customers through data foundation to AI value pathways.
