Mytra is seeking a Senior Data Software Engineer to build the data platform powering our robotics and telemetry systems. You will design capture lanes, storage tiers, and scalable pipelines to ingest, transform, and store multi-site data streams.

You’ll own the data engine, schemas, and cross-site replication while ensuring data quality and reliability. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and delivering durable data services across cloud and on-prem environments with strong emphasis on

Formación

• 5+ years building and running production backend or data infrastructure.
• Production coding in Go, Python, Rust, Java or C++.
• Experience with durable messaging/streaming systems (Kafka, Pulsar, NATS/JetStream).
• Used columnar stores, relational and No-SQL databases in production.
• Shipped services with CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting; on-call experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design data capture lanes, storage tiers, and pipeline layout.
• Redesign ingestion services for scalability.
• Build the transform machinery and data engine; own processing guarantees.
• Own retention, cost, and egress as policy; manage site-to-cloud replication.
• Operate CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting for data services.
