Westpac in Australia seeks a Senior Data Integration Engineer to design and deliver enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica Cloud (IDMC/IICS). You will work across Azure, SQL Server, Snowflake, and Teradata to build scalable data pipelines and optimize performance in cloud environments.

• Hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud, IDMC or IICS.

• Strong Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting with CI/CD and source control.
• Knowledge of Snowflake and Teradata and problem-solving in data architectures.

Data is at the heart of every great customer experience, and we're looking for a Senior Data Integration Engineer to join our Data Engineering Hub within Consumer & UNITE Technology.

In this role, you'll help design and deliver modern data integration solutions that connect critical business systems and platforms. Working with Informatica Cloud, Microsoft Azure and enterprise data technologies, you'll build scalable solutions that support trusted, high quality data across the organisation.

You'll be involved in everything from solution design and development through to optimisation, automation and production support. Whether you're creating reusable integration frameworks, improving CI/CD processes or solving complex performance challenges, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while working alongside a talented team of engineers and technology specialists.

This is a permanent, full time opportunity with hybrid working arrangements and can be based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country or the Gold Coast.

What do I need?

• Strong hands on experience with Informatica Cloud, IDMC or IICS and building enterprise scale integration solutions
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and SQL Server in modern cloud based environments
• Advanced SQL skills and the ability to design, develop and optimise complex data solutions
• Strong Linux or Unix administration and shell scripting experience, together with CI/CD and source control practices
• Working knowledge of Snowflake and Teradata, with strong problem solving and solution design skills
