Job summary

Commonwealth Bank of Australia is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimise cloud-native data platforms supporting analytics, AI and regulatory outcomes.

You will work in the Data Hosting Platform Engineering team to deliver enterprise-scale data solutions, mentor teammates and drive automation across the data lifecycle, ensuring trusted datasets and high availability.

Qualifications

• Experience building modern data platforms and pipelines at scale.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake, SQL and Python.
• Experience with cloud-native data solutions on AWS.
• Familiarity with Oracle Exadata and Snowflake-based platforms.
