Job summary

Calleo Australia is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer / Data Centre Design Lead to join a long-term Federal Government program based in Sydney. You will lead design, planning, governance and optimisation of critical ICT and data centre infrastructure environments.

The role requires extensive experience in data centre design, capacity planning, power and cooling, network topology, and stakeholder management, with a focus on architecture patterns and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing large-scale enterprise ICT infrastructure.
• Data centre design and capacity planning expertise.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across complex ICT infrastructure initiatives.
• Develop strategic infrastructure plans, models and roadmaps.
• Design enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions and diagrams.
• Produce network/topology diagrams and rack layouts.
• Create executive dashboards and performance visualisations.
• Ensure compliance with ICT governance frameworks.
