Job summary

UGL, in partnership with CPB Contractors, is delivering Australia's next generation of data centres. We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy, governance and financial performance across major data centre projects from award to completion.

You will provide commercial leadership across project teams, ensure robust contract administration, proactive risk management and strong financial outcomes while supporting the delivery of complex mission-critical

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Commercial Manager on large construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with GMP and high-value contracts.
• Strong governance, financial performance and subcontract administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercial performance across major data centre projects.
• Oversee contract administration, variations, claims and disputes.
• Partner with project leadership to enhance project profitability and commercial outcomes.
