Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an experienced Lead Data Architect to support enterprise-scale government service delivery initiatives. You will lead end-to-end data, integration and ICT architectures, translating business requirements into secure, scalable solutions aligned to enterprise standards.

You will work with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to develop architecture options and artefacts, guide governance and design decisions, and manage technical risk across large programs.

Qualifications

• Experience across enterprise, solution, data and integration architecture with end-to-end design and governance.
• Ability to produce architecture models, documentation and reusable artefacts (patterns, standards, technical documentation).
• Hands-on capability across solution design, systems integration, migration and interoperability.
• Experience providing architecture assurance, participating in design reviews, and working within governance frameworks.
• Ability to perform technology assessment, capability gap analysis, and develop architecture options/recommendations.
• Strong technical risk management skills and ability to resolve complex issues in ambiguous environments.
• Experience using architecture tools/repositories and managing artefacts effectively.
• Ability to communicate architectural recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• TOGAF / CISSP / Azure/ AWS certification preferred.
• Baseline security clearance.
