Job summary

CommBank is seeking a Senior Associate in Data and Analytics, Performance and Strategy within the Global Markets Sales team. You will develop, deliver and maintain high-quality insights and front-line dashboards to support client acquisition, expansion and retention across all Global Markets Sales products.

You will partner with the sales team to design a data strategy, apply AI to analytics, and create Tableau and Power BI dashboards while ensuring data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar data analytics role within financial services.
• Strong requirement gathering, interpretation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using AI to develop analytics solutions and improve processes.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and maintain high-quality insights and front-line dashboards for client acquisition, expansion and retention.
• Design, develop and implement data strategy and analytics tooling across Global Markets Sales.
• Collaborate with sales teams to measure impact of business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
