Job summary

You will build analytical products, dashboards, and reporting solutions, analyse data with R or Python, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring data governance and robust documentation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Analyse complex datasets using R or Python to uncover actionable trends, insights, and strategic opportunities for key stakeholders.

• Support high-priority analytical work programs within secure government data environments.

• Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, engaging data engineers, geospatial specialists, and executive leaders.

• Contribute actively to data governance, data quality standards, and comprehensive technical documentation.

• Build internal capability by mentoring team members and sharing best practices in contemporary analytics and statistical modelling.

Skills & Experience:

• Technical Toolkit: Strong proficiency in R or Python, with hands-on experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, or data science methodologies.

• Familiarity with modern platforms such as Microsoft Fabric is highly regarded.

• Demonstrated experience building data models and statistical solutions in complex enterprise or government settings.

• Excellent data communication capabilities, with a proven track record of translating complex technical results into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Security Clearance: Due to the security requirements of our Federal Government client, candidates must hold a current Baseline security clearance.
