Job summary

Data#3 is seeking a senior, customer-facing Data & AI Solution Consultant to own the WA reference architecture, design advanced data platforms, and guide technical direction across Microsoft Fabric, Azure and AI Foundry.

You will lead discovery sessions, develop cost models, and collaborate with executives to shape opportunities and presales success while mentoring junior staff and ensuring governance, security and data quality by design.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data & AI Architecture or Analytics Solution Design.
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
• Strong expertise in data governance, security, quality and lineage.
• Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.
• Certifications such as DP-600, DP-700 or Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or plan to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Own the WA Data & AI reference architecture across Microsoft Fabric, Azure and AI Foundry.
• Design and build complex data platforms, lakehouse architectures, RAG solutions and agentic AI patterns.
• Lead discovery workshops, technical assessments and customer engagements.
• Partner with Account Executives to shape opportunities, develop cost models and support winning presales outcomes.
• Champion security, governance, lineage and data quality by design.
• Mentor consultants and engineers while providing technical leadership across engagements.
