Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, data/solution architecture or AI/ML platform roles.
• 5+ years in a senior architecture/leadership capacity.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Data & AI professionals.
• Own CBRE's Data & AI architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Establish current and future-state data architecture aligned to business and technology strategy.
• Provide architectural leadership across data domains, platforms, integrations and data flows.
• Guide the design of cloud-based data platforms, models, pipelines and storage architectures.
• Ensure platforms and data ingestion are scalable, secure, cost-efficient and aligned to enterprise standards.
• Drive modernisation initiatives to rationalise data stores and platforms to reduce duplication and promote reuse.
• Build AI-ready data foundations that support innovation and advanced analytics.
• Remain hands-on across architecture, solution design and strategic project delivery.
