Job summary

HSO Group in Sydney is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect to join our ANZ Managed Services team. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on advisory leadership, solution assurance, and mentoring across complex customer environments.

You will translate business requirements into practical, scalable D365 F&O solutions, drive improvements, and help customers maximise value from their technology investments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in customer-facing roles.
• Strong functional expertise across finance, supply chain, or operational processes.
• Proven experience as a Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, or SME.
• Experience in Managed Services, application support, or live service environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; can engage with business and technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and uplift capability within consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior functional authority within Managed Services for Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Provide guidance on complex business processes and support scenarios.
• Review designs, configuration changes, and process improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and recurring issues.
• Translate business requirements into practical, supportable solutions.
• Support service reviews, improvement planning, and customer roadmap discussions.
• Drive stability, scalability, and optimisation across processes.
• Mentor consultants through coaching, knowledge sharing and QA activities.
