Job summary

Stellar Recruitment Pty is recruiting for two Senior Cultural Heritage Officers based on the Sunshine Coast to support major infrastructure projects across South East Queensland. You will provide specialist cultural heritage advice and assist project teams from planning through delivery.

As a Senior Cultural Heritage Officer, you will work with project teams, Traditional Owner groups and stakeholders to ensure heritage obligations are met while navigating project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Archaeology, Anthropology, Cultural Heritage Management or related discipline.
• Experience in cultural heritage management within infrastructure sectors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience preparing cultural heritage assessments, reports and management documentation.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• White Card (or ability to obtain one).

Stellar Recruitment is currently recruiting for two Senior Cultural Heritage Officers to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects across South East Queensland.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, this role will see you working across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects, providing specialist cultural heritage advice and supporting project teams from planning through to delivery.

About the Role

As a Senior Cultural Heritage Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring cultural heritage considerations are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with project teams, Traditional Owner groups and other stakeholders, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of projects while meeting legislative and cultural heritage obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide cultural heritage advice across multiple infrastructure projects
