Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions in Australia is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to oversee clinical trial monitoring across sponsor partnerships. The role focuses on adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards, with responsibility for monitoring sites, conducting visits, and ensuring data integrity.

The successful candidate will lead on monitoring tasks, train site staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 60% to support trial execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare field.
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with regulatory knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%)

Responsibilities

• Monitor sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess site performance, resolve issues, and support trial execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to maintain high standards of conduct.
• Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate smooth trial operations.
