VIDA Health, part of the Victorian Health Building Authority, is seeking a Senior Cost Controller to drive cost planning, forecasting and monthly reporting for Victoria's major health infrastructure projects.
You will partner with Project Controls and delivery teams to ensure cost certainty, manage accruals, contractor claims and business-case development, with CPA/CA-qualified accounting background preferred.
VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
Join VIDA Health as a Senior Cost Controller and help drive the successful delivery of Victoria’s major health infrastructure projects. Partnering with Project Controls and delivery teams, you'll support cost planning, forecasting, governance, reporting and project controls, ensuring projects are delivered with strong financial oversight and cost certainty.
Experience with EcoSys, Oracle Financials or similar systems is desirable, along with experience on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects and qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction, Cost Management or a related field.
