Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate law and governance.
  • Strong knowledge of Corporations Act and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in regulatory reporting and contract governance.

Responsibilities

  • Apply the Procurement & Contracting Policy and manage risk assessments.
  • Assist with ASIC/APRA lodgements and prepare board papers.
  • Manage AGM processes, documentation, and board nominations.
  • Oversee IDR/EDR processes and ensure compliance.
  • Manage insurance programs and documentation.
  • Prepare reports and support board agendas.
  • Supervise and develop staff, manage performance.
