Job summary

Frasers Property Group is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to provide strategic legal guidance across corporate, commercial, governance and risk management matters. This role partners with leaders to safeguard the organisation and promote compliant, ethical business growth.

The successful candidate will manage complex legal issues, lead internal investigations as needed, and support major initiatives including mergers, acquisitions and partnerships within a global real estate

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Law required.
Active license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
8–12+ years of corporate law, compliance, regulatory or advisory experience.
Strong knowledge of governance, contracts, compliance frameworks and risk management.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic legal advice on corporate, commercial, regulatory and governance matters.
Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of agreements and documentation.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
