Senior Cook at Sodexo for Lake Washington School District is a full-time role on weekday morning shifts. You will prepare and create nutritious dishes while emphasizing customer service and food waste reduction.

Competenze

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and knowledgeable about safe work environments.
• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Follows complex recipes and/or product directions.
• Produces small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques.
• Oversee production staff and train/assign tasks as needed.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
