Job summary

Beon Energy Solutions is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead commercial and contractual management across major renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Australia and New Zealand.

You will drive tender negotiations, contract drafting, and dispute resolution while partnering with engineering, procurement and legal teams to ensure robust commercial outcomes. A hybrid work model is available across Australia, with a focus on delivering value and risk management.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Law or similar.
• Experience in contract management for engineering, construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Review and input on commercial and contractual matters for tenders and bids.
• Draft and negotiate project contracts to align with commercial and risk parameters.
• Manage the contract review process with engineering, project delivery, procurement, legal, and finance.
• Oversee resolution of variations, claims and disputes.
• Support Beon's contractual arrangements with insurance renewals and audits.
• Assist internal teams to identify process improvements.
