Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for WA/NT projects, based out of Malaga, WA, with site work in Perth. This permanent full-time role covers the WA/NT regions, focusing on contract administration, procurement, cost forecasting and subcontractor management.

The Senior/Contract Administrator will oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring obligations are met and commercial risks are managed effectively in a leading plant hire business environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Administrator in WA/NT projects.
• Able to manage full contract lifecycle from head contract to closeout.
• Proven ability in procurement, cost forecasting, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full contract lifecycle including head contract administration, procurement, cost forecasting, and subcontractor management.
• Oversee billing and reporting activities and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Identify and manage commercial risks for WA/NT projects.
